Direct Cremation PLUS

Kerr Family Funerals are pleased to be able to offer an enhancement to our Direct Cremation Package, by providing the option of a small, intimate service at our own chapel at the funeral home in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire.

Direct Cremation PLUS includes all the features of the Direct Cremation Package listed below, but with our help you can plan a service for up to 15 people to attend, with your choice of music, the use of a TV for photo slideshows or presentations, and use the funeral home kitchen to serve refreshments afterwards.

This makes for a more relaxed and informal setting for a funeral service and gives you the chance to say farewell to your loved one, but without the increased cost of a full funeral service in a church, temple or crematorium.

Within our Direct Cremation Package we offer you the following:

• Collection of your loved one from where they passed away.
• Care of the deceased within our secure, modern chapel until the day of their funeral.
• Submission of all necessary paperwork and appropriate payments, i.e. cremation fee, Doctors fee for completion of cremation papers.
• The provision of a fully furnished Veneered Oak Coffin.
• Transportation of your loved one to the crematorium on the day of their funeral in our private ambulance.
• We can scatter the ashes for you or return the ashes to you so you can arrange your own memorial.

Our Direct Cremation PLUS fee is £ 1,350.00
